José Ángel Pedrido Rey

José Ángel Pedrido is a veterinarian and graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). He has extensive experience and knowledge in pig breeding, selection, and production.

Before joining Hypor, José Ángel worked in technical service for Piensos Nanfor (a feed mill of the company Nanta) and as production manager in Nutrimentos del Campo (Nucamsa), a company with the whole pig production cycle (feed mill, sows, finishing, and slaughterhouse).

José Ángel joined Hypor in 2003 in technical service and has held different positions throughout his career within the company, such as production director, key account manager, and technical service director for Spain and Portugal.

Since 2021 José Ángel has worked as a technical service director in Europe, helping European customers increase their production performance and profitability by providing support on various topics such as feeding, disease control, biosecurity, sow and piglet management, facility design, and technical audits.
